Vice President, Human Resources
Global Distribution firm in Moreno Valley seeking to hire a Vice President of Human Resources to join their well-established HR Team. This is a newly created position due to the company experiencing continued growth and success. Seeking a strategic HR professional who holds a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Human Resources and is up for a challenge to take this company to the next level. Must have held Executive/VP level in Human Resources. Qualified candidates will have experience leading an HR Team in CA as well as Multi-State locations. International experience would be a plus. The company will continue to add Distribution hubs within the US as well as Internationally, must be open to travel to these various locations and guide the company strategically in their continued growth. Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where priorities may shift and change at the direction of the President as this is a Privately Held organization. Seeking candidates with experience in leading organizations with an employee population of 2,000+.
