Together with the Site Manager, the Site Supervisor will oversee all daily operations of the clinic. Coordinate the daily medical and administrative staff functions and schedules. Responsible for the effective implementation of CHSI policies and procedures. Has some input in the annual budget as it pertains to the Site. Oversee the correct implementation and record keeping concerning any Grant that operates at their location. Responsible for meeting site productivity standards. Plays an active role in the marketing of the Site.
Qualifications:
The Site Supervisor should possess a level of communication skills, written and verbal, to carry out the responsibilities of this position. A high standard of professional ethics, speech, dress and conduct is expected. Leadership skills; decision making skills and the ability to motivate personnel are required. The ability to deal effectively with quickly changing circumstances and situations is needed. A medium level of knowledge and the ability to use modern office equipment and systems to include Word and Excel spreadsheets is needed. Ability to perform tasks related to physical activity to complete the responsibilities of the position.
High school diploma and minimum three (3) years supervisory experience needed.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
