Production/ Packaging Line Lead
We are currently seeking Production/ Packaging Line Leads for 1st and 2nd shift. Must have previous Packaging/Production LineLead experience, or have preformed duties simular to job description below.
Job
Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the Packaging Supervisor on the packaging lines. This position must have a thorough understanding of the processes within the lines and can readily give guidance to employees regarding packaging procedures.

Work Performed:
Monitor employee performance on the packaging lines
Report end of line data/results (downtime, KPI's)
Ensure all raw material is pulled for running the lines
Disposition all unused items at end of line runs
Attend daily production meetings
May perform back-up supervisory tasks in absence of the Packaging Supervisor
Need to fill out all legal documents properly
Ensure production lines are meeting there hourly goals
Make sure all procedures are being followed
Qualifications & Skills:
EDUCATION - Minimum High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE - 1 to 2 years experience as packaging/ production lead, or related field is required
SKILLS - Detail-Oriented, Organization, Interpersonal, Written and Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office, Excel and basic computer skills preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS or LICENSES - None RequiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
