Our Client needs a Technology Program Lead for a 17 month Contract job near Moreno Valley, CA.

This position applies advanced project management concepts to manage the work necessary to execute multiple initiatives of varying size and scope. This involves managing to specific outcomes and quality levels. This role includes negotiating resources, coordinating and managing the efforts of project team members including employees, contractors and consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Technology Program lead will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control through its lifecycle. This is a hands-on management role working on people-related projects that follow defined project management processes and methodologies. This resource is regularly assigned to projects of broad and diverse scope with considerable impact to the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong project and milestone management, tracking and risk/issue mitigation all in HCM ERP delivery
Ability to take instruction and proactively manage multiple projects under a workstream.
Existing knowledge of:
o HR operations in Higher Education
o Shared services delivery in higher education or Shared services operations in higher education
Specific per role:
o Technology Project lead: Salesforce (or comparable CRM tool), Filenet (or comparable doc mgmt. tool) and other shared services deployment for shared services.
Knowledge of or experience with large scale business administrative systems handling HR, payroll, and/or financial functions
Bachelor's degree in business or technology; eight years' experience in project management including experience in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing for a large, complex project; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated advanced knowledge and understanding of project management concepts, practices, standards, and processes.
Demonstrated sensitivity to and ability to proactively identify key issues critical to the success of a desired product/outcome; the ability to quickly research and collect pertinent information from related reports and knowledgeable persons, to integrate essential information, and use that information to define and test options and alternatives; and the ability to develop recommendations and justification for the most productive course of action.
Excellent interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to interact with others in a consistently positive manner, exercising discretion and tact. Ability to work on cross-functional teams and foster the team's commitment to tasks.
Excellent oral communications skills which demonstrate the ability to effectively convey and explain information, and tactfully deal with diverse people, situations and ideas.
Excellent written communications skills which demonstrate the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and complex business concepts in technical terms.
Strong analytical skills as demonstrated by the ability to draw conclusions in a logical, systematic way.
Demonstrated ability to conceive, plan, and organize assignments as well as possess the ability to monitor performance according to priorities as demonstrated by regularly meeting established deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task across numerous work streams.
Familiarity with project management software including Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and MS Office suite.
Additional roles and responsibilities include:
Monitor project plan for their workstream. Confirm all tasks, status, next steps, milestone dates, interdependencies, risks and mitigations related to projects in their workstream.
Serve as tier 2 triage of any issues, after escalation from workstream lead.
Confer with Business owner to vet options for issue mitigation and proposed approach before discussing with leads.
Involve other project owners when decisions/issues cross pillars/workstreams.
Develop weekly status and next steps/risks/mitigations for all projects in their workstream.
Maintain vision of how workstream should 1. Operate in short term, 2. When meeting all requirements and 3. Optimally processing state.
Interacts with necessary groups (e.g. project team) for proper functional support of team activities.
Facilitates team communications, including regular check-ins.
Monitors progress and makes adjustments to schedule, approach, and resources.
Maintains updates to dashboards for designated area, including estimates of effort required, in conjunction with project owner.
Accountable for: The successful deployment of their workstream as part of the go-live, as well as the transition to success of go-live and continued optimization to ensure long-term savings.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
