Our Client needs a Salesforce Project Manager for a 9 month Contract job near Moreno Valley, CA.

Under the supervision of the Technology Pillar Lead, this position applies advanced project management concepts to manage the work necessary to execute the Salesforce implementation. The Client is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager with a proactive personality and a proven track record of delivering on responsibilities and tasks. Overall knowledge of Salesforce, QA and Business Analysis skills are required.
Lead and support Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and on-going initiatives.
Provide project management for Service Cloud related projects (including ongoing call center, customer service and support efforts).
Responsible for leading business needs analysis efforts, business process identification and developing requirements documents.
Acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff to ensure all deliverables meet the business needs and highest standards.
4+ years of Salesforce delivery experience, including components such as Salesforce Service Cloud, knowledge management, Salesforce Communities portal, reporting and dashboards.
Deep understanding of CRM practices.

Solid project management, budget and risk management experience
Demonstrated ability to lead large Salesforce Call Center/ Customer Service teams.
Ensure project deliverables meet technical requirements as well as stakeholders expectations.
Accountable for all project deliverables and documentation.
Demonstrate understanding of how various issues affect the overall outcome of projects.
Manage and maintain working relationships and consistently deliver high-quality services.
Ensure operational success and execution by working within PMO and project standards.
Work with business resources to manage detailed business requirements to support Salesforce Service Cloud implementation within the scope of prioritized initiatives.
Manage the collection of comprehensive functional requirements documents, use cases, test conditions, test scripts, and training documentation to support the successful implementation of initiatives and processes.
Document and gather IT and business approvals for detailed requirements and designs.
Partner with business teams and/or IT Applications staff to design and deploy solution design changes to applications functionality and processes to meet changing strategic/operational needs.
Oversee the configuration of Salesforce Service Cloud to meet approved solution designs.
Manage all application test cycles from end to end with relevant IT and Business participants.
Highlight process improvements to gain efficiencies.
Effectively communicate with business stakeholders and IT professional to ensure that projects and enhancements delivered meet the agreed upon needs of the business.
Bachelor's degree in business or technology; 4+ years experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or CRM System Implementation Experience a MUST
Salesforce Service Cloud certification a plus
Demonstrated advanced knowledge and understanding of project management concepts, practices, standards, and processes.
Cross-functional and Agile Experience are required
Exceptionally strong communication skills (both written and verbal), excellent interpersonal skills and solid analytical skills are required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
