Maintenance Technician
An opportunity is available for an experienced Maintenance Technician to work in an apartment maintenance role.
The Maintenance Technician will be working in the areas of electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, and heating / air systems.
Requirements:
6 or more months apartment maintenance experience
Valid driver’s license
Clean background check
HS Diploma or GEDEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
