Our Customer Service Representative Role:
Execute and accurately complete customer orders directlyRetain up to date knowledge of company products and sales promosCreate orders, schedule appointments, and collaborate with multiple departments such as sales to improve customer satisfactionCommunicate and establish relationships directly with customers Create a positive and fun work culture and promote teamworkAssist customers in determining ordering requirements or services to fit their needs Practice Customer focus, collaboration, and communication with teamDesired Qualifications for our Customer Service Representative:
