The primary responsibility of the Customer Relations Representative is to build and maintain strong relationships with existing Customers to drive business growth and foster customer satisfaction.
The Customer Relations Representative plays a critical role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers, driving business growth, and ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences on behalf of our customers.
Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs, preferences, and community based initiatives Act as the primary point of contact between our customers and potential customers Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue generation and exposure for our customers Develop and test strategies to increase customer engagement Maintain a deep understanding of our customers initiatives to effectively communicate their value to prospective donors and customers Prepare and deliver in person presentations to potential customers, showcasing our customers impact and goals Collaborate with different departments within the company, such as marketing, sales, product Relations, and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for both our customers and their customers
Qualifications:
At least some experience in a customer service based roll is preferred At least 1 year of experience in a customer facing role is required Superior communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to think on your feet and maintain composure in a wide range of situations The ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type:
