Summary:
HR Direct Services is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in the Moreno Valley, CA area.
The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, and will be able to demonstrate the ability to close sales as well as maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
2-4 years of sales experience preferred.
Ability to establish credibility and develop strong relationships with customers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce software.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business with new and existing customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
Maintain current accounts, which includes prospecting for new business as well as working with existing customers to ensure their needs are met.
Develop positive relationships with clients and other staff members.
Perform daily reviews of assigned accounts and areas for overall performance.
Review monthly performance reports with management for overall company goals.

$60,000.
00 - $70,000.
