HR Direct is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in our Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas.
HR Direct is a full-service staffing agency specializing in Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Administrative, Clerical, and Executive positions.
To be successful in this role, candidates must:
Building relationships at multiple levels with potential candidates.
Comfortable with interacting with decision makers of multiple levels of the organization Meets or exceeds weekly goals resulting in generation of new accounts.
Consistently demonstrate positive and professional image with all written and verbal communication Daily documentation and data entry on field visits and potential new clients information Provide a written summary of each Meaningful Interaction.
Prepare Service Summary and contracts for new clients.
Ability to manage a robust sales funnel and ensure prospects evolve into meaningful clients.
What will set you apart:
Experience in prospecting campaigns for solutions with complex sales cycles preferred.
Inside/ Outside Sales experience highly desired.
Staffing industry experience is required.
Detail oriented and able to work independently.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
