Administrative Assistant

Charger Logistics is looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant for our Moreno valley, office.
Your primary role will be to assist us with maintaining files and paperwork and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all driver paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Respond to customer requests & queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Collect and verify accuracy of paperwork (BOL, POD, etc.
) from outside carriers and drivers.
Coordinate with other departments to make sure all paperwork is thoroughly managed.
Assist drivers with documents (ensuring that drivers obtain necessary signatures on Bills of Lading, complete their manifests).
Provide administrative support including generation of reports, presentations, policies and general correspondence documents.
Prepare and submit weekly reports for internal review as well as per client requests.
Requirements Previous experience in Logistics and/or Administration is an asset.
Extensive knowledge of North American geography Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the aptitude to learn new software quickly Problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a team environment Recommended Skills Administration Decision Making Geography Microsoft Office Presentations Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
