We provide services across the nation and serve more than 100 clients daily.
As an Office Assistant, you play a direct role in our front office.
We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, has the ability to multitask in fast paced environments, and has strong communication and people skills.
This job position will be answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients as they come into the office for their appointments.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year's experience with office administration functions, including data entry, scheduling, correspondence, filing, etc.
Must have exceptional organizational skills, be comfortable with technology (i.
e.
, Google Suite, Office software), and have ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain office filing systems and records including but not limited to schedule and correspondence files.
Maintain office equipment including phones, fax machines, copiers, etc.
Assist with preparation of meetings and documents.
Answer phones and provide general information to visitors.
Sort and distribute mail at the office including but not limited to letters, packages, bills, etc.
Monitor stock and supplies and report any needed action to supervisors or directors.
Performs other duties as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
