00 GENERAL NATURE OF POSITION:
The Offline Project Analyst will work closely with the Fulfillment Department Wave Planners team to delegate and obtain workload for the projects team.
The Analyst will be responsible for distributing order pulls, breaking Musical orders if applicable thru data load.
Will be printing out special labels if required for any special orders.
Part of this role will be to work with time studies and metrics for the team.
Essential Functions:
Supports the department lead and Manager with administrative duties.
Maintains excellent service standards to other departments within the organization.
Interfaces with key staff by phone email or in person.
Ensures emails are responded to daily.
Creates and runs reports as needed.
Researches issues and maintain audits.
Cross trains in other departments and provides support when needed.
Coordinates safety training for departments and ensures proper documentation is completed.
SPECIAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to take responsibility and ownership of their work Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Possesses a high degree of dependability and integrity Must be able to work with little supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of employees.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not preferred Proficient in Excel Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter Experience using a WMS (Warehouse Management System) High-up is a plus Knowledge of warehouse related software.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
